About the Chalet

Outdoor paradise! Located a few steps from the Regional Park and the Petit train du Nord, this chalet is ideal for nature lovers. Accessible on foot from local cafes, shops and boutiques, it also offers a year-round private Spa and a seasonal shared heated swimming pool. Able to accommodate up to 12 people, the chalet has two independent units communicating via a storage room.

This chalet, one of the most beautiful Canadian homes in Val-David, is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and more: spa, dishwasher, washer, dryer, flat screen TV, cable, fireplace, high speed internet (wifi) and much more.

The top unit includes:

Bedroom #1: 1 King bed with attached bathroom.

Bedroom #2: 2 Queen beds with adjoining bathroom.

A total of 3 full bathrooms.

A large kitchen with dishwasher.

A magnificent stone fireplace (wood burning).

A 3-season veranda with a view of the stream and nature, offering the soothing sound of the waterfall in summer.

The lower unit, located at creek level, has:

Bedroom #2: 1 Double bed + 1 Twin bed with an additional Twin mattress under the double bed.

A spacious living room with wood fireplace.

Its own kitchen with plenty of storage and a dishwasher.

A bathroom with laundry area.

A covered terrace by the stream, equipped with hammock chairs to listen to the waterfall.

Activities

In summer, fish in the stream, follow the bike path, with bikes available for free, to Lac Raymond beach in less than 10 minutes, swim in the shared pool, relax in our private Spa, explore the park regional and visit the magnificent village of Val-David with its ice creams, restaurants, cafes, farmers' market and grocery store just a 5-minute walk away. You also benefit from 4 free access to the Val-David – Val-Morin Regional Park to enjoy a multitude of seasonal activities (walking, cycling, climbing, bird watching, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sliding and more).

In winter, the chalet offers direct access to cross-country ski trails with more than 160 km of trails, 30 km of snowshoe trails and 2 children's slides. Also discover the 3 ice rinks and the magical village of Val-David, with the alpine ski slopes just 2 km away.

Bedding and bath towels are provided for use inside the chalet. Please bring your own beach towels for the spa and pool. Our kitchens are fully equipped, just take your food with you. For your shopping, the village's Épicerie Métro is a few minutes' walk away, as are several restaurants, cafes and bars to discover in Val-David.

The two floors can be rented separately with good soundproofing between them, but it is not appropriate to play loud music or have parties.
