CHATEAU VENISE

Welcome to Château Venise ! With its magnificent view of Lake Champlain's Venice Bay, you will be charmed by this idyllic location. 

A prime private location with a warm, elegant and distinctive design. With its 25 beds, the place is perfectly adapted for your gatherings, whether for business travelers, wedding celebrations, family and friends. You are in good hands with the Chateau Venise team who care about the comfort and satisfaction of their guests.

The Chateau Venise is divided into 8 individual units, fully equipped including a closed bedroom with queen bed comfortably dressed in luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, a living room with sofa bed, Murphy bed, smart TV, kitchen and full bathroom. One of the 8 condos has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a king bed.

The place offers a total of 25 beds plus some additional beds on request.

With more than 4000 square feet of common space, you will have access to all the luxury and comfort that a dream place can offer!  2 lounges, one of which has a magnificent wood fireplace and stone mantle, will warm you up during the cold days. You will be able to prepare and enjoy your meals with the fully equipped kitchen as well as savor a good coffee since an espresso machine and a coffee maker are included.

For indoor entertainment: experience your own private movie room with projector, 120 inch screen and sound system or move to the living room and play a game of pool. A site-wide sound system is also available.

Looking for a corporate retreat at Chateau Venise? You will have access to 2 meeting rooms on the same floor to accommodate your colleagues or collaborators. With wireless fiber optic internet service at a speed of 400Mbps, perfect for your presentations and even video conferencing.

Outside: You will be able to warm up by the fireplace on the back terrace as well as by the pool. In the summer, you will have access to its magnificent in-ground heated pool. A volleyball court is also installed for your enjoyment!

Are you a fan of racquet sports? You will be satisfied with the grass tennis court and the Pickleball court!

Want to do your happy hour outside? This place is perfect with its kitchen including a large pizza oven and a grill.  With over 750,000 square feet of private land, it's the perfect place to hold your outdoor event for up to 150 people.  In front of Chateau Venise, you will have the opportunity to enjoy its private beach directly on the bay.
